Description
Magma — Concentrated pH‑Neutral Snow Foam (Cling‑Optimised)
Product overview
Magma is an ultra‑concentrated, pH‑neutral snow foam engineered to generate a dense, long‑lasting foam blanket that clings to vertical surfaces for extended dwell time. Its formulation is designed to safely loosen and encapsulate road film, grease and particulate contamination while remaining safe over existing waxes and paint sealants. The increased contact time improves contaminant lift and reduces the need for aggressive mechanical agitation, helping preserve factory finishes and applied protection layers.
Key attributes
– Super‑concentrated formula: economical dosing and flexible dilution for different foam thicknesses and machines
– pH‑neutral chemistry: safe for use over waxes, sealants and most ceramic coatings when used as directed
– High‑clinging foam: thick foam structure promotes longer dwell time and improved cleaning efficacy
– Reduced mechanical action: extended contact time helps reduce the need for heavy brushing or mitt work on delicate finishes
Recommended application procedure
1. Preparation: Shake the container thoroughly before use. Ensure the vehicle has been pre-rinsed to remove loose dirt and grit.
2. Dilution guide (snow foam cannon, 1 L reservoir): For a thick, clingy foam, add approximately 100 mL Magma (1:10). Reduce the product volume to produce a thinner foam viscosity as required by machine type, water pressure or user preference. Adjust dilution empirically to achieve optimal foam quality in your system.
3. Application sequence: Apply snow foam working from the lower panels upward to the roof. This bottom‑to‑top approach helps carry loosened contaminants downward and prevents recontamination of cleaned areas. Ensure even coverage across paint, glass and trim.
4. Dwell time: Allow the foam to dwell and react on the surface to lift soils, but do not permit the product to dry. Typical dwell times will vary with conditions; monitor foam appearance and begin rinsing once viscosity begins to thin or runoff initiates.
5. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the vehicle, removing all foam and loosened contaminants before proceeding with hand wash or drying.
Precautions and compatibility
– Do not allow Magma to dry on the vehicle; drying may leave residues or streaking.
– Although pH‑neutral and broadly compatible, avoid use on unsealed porous surfaces and always test on an inconspicuous area if unsure.
– Adjust dilution and spray technique for different foam cannons and pump pressures to achieve the desired foam density and cling.
– Not a decontamination substitute for clay or tar removal when embedded contaminants are present — follow with mechanical decontamination if necessary.
Storage and safety
– Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Follow standard handling precautions and consult the product SDS for full safety information.
