Description

Hydrodynamic — Advanced SiO2 Ceramic Snow Foam

Product overview

Hydrodynamic is a next‑generation SiO2 (silica) ceramic snow foam engineered to deposit a thin, durable hydrophobic ceramic layer while you wash. Its high‑foaming formulation applies a silica‑rich, low‑surface‑energy film across all exterior substrates — paint, plastic trim, glass and wheels — producing immediate and pronounced water‑beading, accelerated runoff and reduced contaminant adhesion. The deposited ceramic network delivers a protective barrier that resists road grime, brake dust and environmental fallout and maintains measurable hydrophobic performance for up to six months from initial application under normal use conditions.

Key performance attributes

– SiO2 ceramic chemistry produces a continuous, low‑energy surface that repels water and contaminants

– Rapid beading and enhanced hydrodynamics reduce dwell time of water and accelerate self‑cleaning action

– Multi‑substrate compatibility: safe and effective on paintwork, trim, glass and wheels when used as directed

– Provides an additional sacrificial barrier against light soiling and environmental staining

– Residual protection lasting up to 6 months (dependent on exposure, maintenance and application quality)

Directions for use

1. Preparation: Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the vehicle prior to application (clay bar, tar/removal as required). Surface cleanliness is essential for optimal SiO2 bonding and durability. Shake container well before use.

2. Dilution for snow foam cannon: For a 1 L reservoir, add 200 mL Hydrodynamic (1:5 dilution). Adjust concentration as required for different foam systems.

3. Application: With the vehicle clean and wet, apply foam evenly to the full exterior using the snow foam lance/cannon. Ensure coverage on paint, trim, glass and wheels.

4. Rinse: Rinse the vehicle thoroughly after foam application. Rinsing shortly after application promotes uniform film formation and immediate hydrophobic response.

5. Glass/wipers: Immediately clean the windscreen and wiper blades to remove any residual product and prevent streaking or wiper chatter.

6. Optional enhancement: For maximum adhesion and clarity on glass and painted surfaces, prepare contact areas with an alcohol‑based wipe or spray (e.g., Transparent) prior to coating application or between maintenance cycles.

Usage notes and precautions

– Do not apply over heavy surface contamination; always perform full decontamination first.

– Avoid application on hot panels or in direct sunlight to reduce streaking and ensure even film formation.

– Product performance and longevity depend on correct dilution, thorough rinsing and proper surface preparation.

– If in doubt, test on an inconspicuous area prior to full application.

Storage and safety

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Observe standard handling precautions and consult the safety data sheet for further information.
